Keleno didn't start as an AI company. We started in IoT — connecting machinery and industrial processes to software that had to be right, in real time, with no room for a graceful failure. That discipline is still the foundation.

How we got here
Over a decade, three chapters.
Getting the real world to report in, reliably.
We spent our early years in the unglamorous end of technology: getting sensors, gateways, and industrial equipment to report data reliably, and getting that data to systems that could act on it. It's a domain with almost no tolerance for "mostly working" — a missed reading or a delayed signal has real operational consequences.
Carrying that discipline into full product engineering.
That experience shaped how we think about software generally: systems have to survive contact with the real world, not just a demo environment. As our clients' needs expanded into broader IT consulting, systems integration, and full product engineering, we carried that same standard with us.
Applying the same rigor to RAG and autonomous agents.
